We’re delighted to share the finished photographs of our latest project: a brand-new two-bedroom standalone bungalow in Carshalton Beeches. Seeing a build go from an empty plot to a finished home is always one of the most rewarding parts of what we do, and this project is one we’re particularly proud to put the Lion and Leinster name to.

From Open-Plan Living to a Contemporary Kitchen

The finished bungalow features bright, open-plan living and dining spaces designed to make the most of natural light, along with two well-proportioned bedrooms. At the heart of the home is a contemporary kitchen, fitted to the same standard we bring to every kitchen installation across Kent, Surrey, Sutton, Crawley and South London, whether it’s part of a full new build like this one or a standalone renovation. The external landscaping ties the whole plot together, giving the finished property genuine kerb appeal.

The Work Behind a Project Like This

A new build of this scale involves a great deal of coordination behind the scenes, from groundworks and structural work through to final fit-out and landscaping. We’d like to say a particular thank you to our clients for their patience, understanding and continued support throughout the build. It’s their home, and we hope they’re absolutely delighted with the result.

We’d also like to thank Lee at London Building Control for his support, practical advice and guidance throughout the project. Working closely with Building Control from the early stages through to sign-off is a key part of delivering a build that’s not just finished, but done properly, and Lee’s input was genuinely valued by our team.
