Our renovation works covered a huge amount of work undertaken, including full demolition of the internals of the ground floor, the house hadn’t had any major works undertaken since it was built in 1913. Work included removal of two chimney breasts, removal and full rebuild of downstairs pitched roof, removal of internal walls and removal of old gas pipe work and old electrics throughout, new electrics, new gas and plumbing with a new boiler fitted. All work was done to a high standard and we wouldn’t look elsewhere for building works. Lion and Leinster can do it all! Highly recommended.
